For a long time, I understood the importance and power of a personal brand. However, creating a website with my own name seemed pretentious to me.

Growing up in a traditional family, humility, and humbleness were valued traits. As I was growing up and built my business, I became deeply interested in psychology and developed a natural passion for working with and for people. I explored numerous theories and research on Imposter Syndrome, but it didn't feel relatable until the harsh truth slapped me in the face while on the verge of bankruptcy!

Why was I so resistant to social selling?

Why did I reject sales funnels as unethical?

Why was I convinced I didn't need a personal website to share my story, celebrate my achievements, and succeed as an entrepreneur?

Looking in the mirror, I finally recognised the Imposter staring back at me. How could this happen? My upbringing and family background contributed, but the core issue was PERFECTIONISM.

If I hadn't crossed all my Ts and dotted all my Is, it felt like someone was literally poking me in the eye.

That question was a wake-up call, prompting me to shake things up and take massive action.
