About the event
You are invited to discover "How to Speak Up" - play, experience, learn and apply.
It all started with a seemingly unconquerable challenge – we identified the inability to get everyone involved to talk and truly listen to each other. But little did we know that this dilemma laid the seeds of an extraordinary success story.
We gathered Think Thank from 13 countries, and we started. We saw an opportunity to break through the barriers that stifled collaboration and hindered progress. With all team members' determination, we embarked on a journey to transform the organisation's communication landscape.
"Speak Up" was born and launched at ATD San Diego, the biggest US Association for Talent Development Conference, with over 9000 participants as witnesses.
Through the Speak Up Toolkit, impactful workshops, and the comprehensive Speak Up Culture program, we enabled the power of open dialogue and active listening. From the feedback we got…
